My major adjustment in shirts...Thank you Mary Beth! My major adjustment in shirts is usually square shoulder adjustment (I have square shoulders, but not wide shoulders) and gaping armhole, but none of those were performed on the Liesl + co Classic shirt (I shortened the sleeves and removed 1 cm at the shoulder line). I had to shorten the Burda shirt in the upper bodice, waist an at the hem - if you're long waisted you might like this pattern, it's drafted quite long!Virginiehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/02823462969950141823noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2031068980840536757.post-87307625018726379642018-11-17T11:10:24.052-05:002018-11-17T11:10:24.052-05:00You're sew talented (pun intended). Tell me - ...You're sew talented (pun intended). Tell me - are you long waisted too? I ask because I am (I'm always adding a couple of inches in the bodice of my dresses, etc.). If so, what kind of adjustment did you make, V? Your striped Burda shirt works really well, and is close enough to Burda shirt 10/2012 #115 for me to know it will work too.<br />https://www.burdastyle.com/pattern_store/patterns/corduroy-shirt-102012Kareyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/12013073315698648712noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2031068980840536757.post-43812213679896671062018-11-14T09:05:15.730-05:002018-11-14T09:05:15.730-05:00They are all 3 lovely on you, well made and well f...They are all 3 lovely on you, well made and well fitted. If I were to vote for just one, though, I’d vote for the liesl co blue linen. The fit, the drape, the color, the style - all just great.Nikki Rhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/12177468823532894892noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2031068980840536757.post-14373504096880192742018-11-14T08:49:56.806-05:002018-11-14T08:49:56.806-05:00Lovely shirts.
